STRESS...


it is a famous used word by almost everyone who claimed he or she is having so many difficulties in life. Even me too love to say this word. Upon my reading, i discover one so called truth interesting thing about this magic word. Guess what?

Try to spell STRESSED backwards...

You will get a DESSERTS.

Okay, did you guys able to get my point? Stress somehow we can't prevent. We are supposed learn to manage it. that's why we called it Stress Management. If we handle or manage it well, it is just a matter of sweet delicacy things to be enjoyed on our table after at the end of the meal...
